Prospects frequently inquire on information regarding Positano Place and we are referring them to agents that may not be representing you or that may not be aware you are renting your unit.

Let us know if you are renting your unit and we can refer the prospects to you or your agent. Please complete this form and include any information you would like us to convey to the prospect. Be sure to leave contact information. We ask that you speak to them about pricing and amenities not covered by the Association.

Please note we are not able to show the unit, the home owner or agent must handle the entire transaction. We only process the executed lease and lease application.

The Clubhouse is now  available for the hours listed below effective Tuesday, May 13th, 2011.  The extended hours are as follows:

Friday5PM – 9PM  (Clubhouse available by request)

Saturday 1PM – 9PM (Clubhouse available by request)
Sunday 1PM – 9PM (Clubhouse available by request)

All persons visiting during these times will be required to check in with the on duty security officer.  Tenants are reminded that expired leases will prevent you from using the amenities including the clubhouse, fitness center and pool areas.  Guests must be accompanied by their host at all times.

The fitness center remains at 5AM to 10PM, remote/fob access required for entry as well as the pool.  The pool hours are 8:30AM to sundown everyday.
